abstract The present invention discloses a preparation method of seaweed chlorella beef balls. Chlorella is pretreated and made into chlorella powder, for subsequent use; (4) to the minced meat, add seaweed powder, chlorella powder, egg white, salt, pepper, sugar, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, water starch, and stir evenly; (5) the mixture in step (4) is squeezed into meatballs by hand, boiled to shape, and then deoxidized, sterilized, tested, and packaged. The product of the method has good taste, long shelf life, high emulsifying ability and certain health care function.
