abstract |
The DNA is sequenced by: a) combining the dsDNA fragments with Y-adapters and an affinity tag-containing hairpin adaptor under the following conditions, wherein the adaptors are ligated to the fragments to form flanking two Y-adapters, a mixture of fragment inserts flanked by Y-adapters and hairpin adaptors and flanked by two hairpin adaptors; and b) the selected fragment inserts were subjected to sequencing primers selected for the Y-adapters Sequencing. |
