The invention belongs to the field of catalytic materials, and particularly relates to a millimeter ball catalyst for synthesizing chiral alcohol and chiral ester from acetophenone in one step. The catalyst is internally assembled with metal and enzyme, the particle size is 0.9-3.0 mm, the mechanical strength is as high as 3.0-15.0N, and the preparation method comprises the steps of adding silicon oxide nanoparticles loaded with metal nano Pd and silicon oxide nanoparticles loaded with candida antarctica lipase B into deionized water, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a bi-component silicon oxide mixed solution; continuously dropping the double-component silicon oxide mixed solution on the tiled super-hydrophobic silicon oxide powder, and slowly rolling to form a liquid drop millimeter ball with a silicon oxide hydrophobic shell; collecting the liquid drop millimeter balls, and slowly drying the liquid drop millimeter balls; finally, leaching with acetone, and drying in vacuum to obtain millimeter spheres encapsulating the metal-enzyme double catalyst, wherein the catalyst can be directly filled into a fixed bed reactor to synthesize chiral alcohol and chiral ester with acetophenone by one step. |
