titleOfInvention A kind of preparation method of environmental protection universal adhesion promoter
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of an environment-friendly universal adhesion promoter, which comprises the following steps: mixing and reacting diethylaminoethyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate and benzophenone to prepare poly(methacrylic acid) Diethylaminoethyl methacrylate-co-methyl methacrylate); poly(diethylaminoethyl methacrylate-co-methyl methacrylate) and 1-(bromoacetyl)pyrene were mixed with DMF as solvent reaction to obtain a hyperbranched copolymer; dissolving the above hyperbranched polymer in a solvent, dropwise adding γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane to stir the reaction to obtain component A; dissolving trimesic acid, succinic acid and Isobutanol is mixed; and bisphenol A diglycidyl ether and triphenylphosphine are added to react to obtain a carboxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester; the carboxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester is mixed with component A to obtain an environmentally friendly universal adhesion promoter agent. The environment-friendly universal adhesion promoter prepared by the invention can remarkably improve the adhesion between the coating and the substrate.
