abstract | The recombinant white-bodied spider toxin polypeptide is obtained by encoding any one nucleotide fragment shown as SEQ ID NO.1, SEQ ID NO.2, SEQ ID NO.3 or SEQ ID NO. 4. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the recombinant white high-foot spider toxin polypeptide, which comprises the following steps: 1) constructing a recombinant expression vector containing the encoding gene of the white-bodied spider toxin polypeptide; 2) carrying out heat shock transformation on the recombinant expression vector obtained in the step 1) to saccharomyces cerevisiae S78 to construct a recombinant bacterium; 3) the recombinant bacteria are fermented and cultured in a YSD liquid culture medium, and the white high-foot spider toxin polypeptide is obtained by expression. The recombinant high-podophyllotoxin polypeptide has bacteriostatic activity on common microbial strains such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, aeromonas hydrophila and salmonella, is suitable for preparing an antibacterial feed additive and storing fruit and vegetable seeds, or is added into an antibacterial drug for preparing the antibacterial drug, and has the advantages of simple preparation method, low cost and wide industrial application prospect. |
