abstract | The invention relates to the field of recycling and manufacturing of waste single-base propellant powder, in particular to a method for recycling waste single-base propellant powder. The waste single-base propellant has the characteristics of flammability and explosiveness, and is usually destroyed by methods such as burying, burning and the like at present, so that the recycling of the waste propellant is restricted. The invention controllably obtains the nitrocotton with different nitrogen element contents by reducing the single-base propellant powder mainly containing the nitrocotton, and the method is used for recycling the waste single-base propellant powder. The invention relates to (1) hydrazine hydrate to the reduction process of single-base propellant powder; (2) the reduction process controls the nitrogen content of the nitrocotton in the single-base propellant; (3) a process for reducing nitrocotton in a single-base propellant by thiourea dioxide. The nitrogen content of nitrocotton is controlled by reducing nitrate in the single-base propellant, and the waste single-base propellant is recycled by swelling, reducing and regenerating the waste single-base propellant, so that the application field of the waste single-base propellant is widened. |
