The conveying belt is rotated by rotating the handle, and then the precooling device sprays water when the aggregate moves rightwards through the matching of the conveying device and the precooling device, so that the aggregate is rapidly cooled, wherein the intermittent water spraying of the sprinkler is realized by the left-right movement of the guide pipe, and the water is further saved; through starting servo motor, drive the cylinder and lack the piece and rotate, and then realize the intermittent type unloading to the aggregate and conveyer's automatic conveying.
