Bifunctional carbon fiber membrane for adsorbing and degrading micro-plastic and preparation method thereof |
abstract |
The invention relates to a preparation method of a bifunctional oxide-carbon fiber membrane capable of adsorbing and degrading micro-plastics simultaneously, which comprises the steps of carrying out self-assembly reaction on an amidoxime modified polyacrylonitrile fiber membrane (the content of amidoxime groups is 0.5-15 wt%) and metal salt in a mass ratio of 1: 0.01-0.5 under a hydrothermal condition, and then calcining to obtain the bifunctional oxide-carbon fiber membrane; the metal salt is TiCl 4 、Ti(OC 4 H 9 ) 4 、H 2 WO 4 、Zn(NO 3 ) 2 ·6H 2 O、Zn(Ac) 2 ·2H 2 O、ZnSO 4 ·7H 2 O、SnCl 4 ·3H 2 O and Nb (C) 2 O 4 )·5H 2 O or more; the prepared bifunctional oxide-carbon fiber membrane consists of a PAN-based carbon fiber membrane and metal oxide nanoparticles (the average particle size is 5-20 nm) with graphite layers coated on the surfaces; the film is used as a photocatalytic reaction film, and can beThe micro plastic is degraded by photocatalysis. |
