abstract |
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine packaging, and particularly relates to a method for rapidly detecting compatibility of a glass container and an injection. The method comprises the following steps: 1) adding a simulation solution with the ionic strength higher than that of the injection to be detected into a glass container, and treating the glass container containing the simulation solution under the condition harsher than the sterilization condition of the injection; 2) and judging the compatibility of the glass container and the injection according to the concentration difference of main elements of the glass container in the simulated solution before and after treatment and the methylene blue dyeing degree of the glass container. The method of the invention can quickly and accurately detect the compatibility of the injection and the glass container. |
