According to the invention, a bHLH transcription factor NnTT8 for regulating anthocyanin biosynthesis in lotus is researched for the first time, and the function of the bHLH transcription factor NnTT8 is verified through an arabidopsis tt8 mutant recovery experiment, so that the molecular breeding of lotus flower colors is promoted. |
