abstract The invention discloses a stainless steel plate oil injection production line which comprises a cleaning oil injection machine, a dryer, a cooling conveyor, a film sticking machine and a material taking machine which are sequentially arranged along a machining direction, wherein the cleaning oil injection machine is used for cleaning and oil injecting treatment on a steel strip and comprises a plasma spray gun and an oil injection gun, and the plasma spray gun and the oil injection gun are used for cleaning and oil injecting treatment on the steel strip; the dryer is used for drying the steel strip, a plurality of cooling conveying rollers are arranged on the cooling conveyor, the cooling conveying rollers convey the steel strip to the film sticking machine for cooling the dried steel strip, the film sticking machine is used for sticking the film on the cooled steel strip, the material taking machine is used for taking out the steel strip after the film sticking treatment, and the oil injection method using the oil injection production line is further disclosed. The invention solves the problems that the oil adsorption capacity of the surface of the stainless steel plate is weak, so that the oil spraying effect of the stainless steel plate is poor and the titanium plating efficiency and effect of the subsequent stainless steel plate are influenced when the oil spraying production line of the existing stainless steel plate is used for oil spraying treatment.
