abstract |
The invention relates to a new use of liquiritin, in particular to the use of liquiritin in the preparation of a medicament for preventing and/or treating preimplantation embryo damage. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects: the present invention studies the effect of liquiritigenin on preimplantation embryo damage by establishing an in vitro culture system and calculating preimplantation embryo development and blastocyst development rate. The results showed that liquiritin had obvious repairing effect on preimplantation embryo damage. |
