After the two-step alcoholysis reaction is finished, the monoglyceride is completely removed, and the reaction by-product is only fatty acid ethyl ester. Compared with the byproducts of monoglyceride and fatty acid, when the byproduct of fatty acid ethyl ester is subjected to molecular distillation purification, the purification temperature is lower, so that the energy consumption can be reduced, the generation of lipid risk factors in the purification process can be avoided, and the product quality is improved; meanwhile, the requirement of equipment is reduced, the production and maintenance cost is saved, and the method has good economic benefit and industrial application prospect. |
