The invention discloses a high flame-retardant polyurethane exterior wall thermal insulation material for construction and a preparation method thereof. The thermal insulation material is made from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of polyether polyol, 80-100 parts of triisocyanate, expanded pearl 10-15 parts of rock, 20-30 parts of foaming agent, 10-20 parts of flame retardant, 10-15 parts of light stabilizer, and 3-5 parts of catalyst; Oxyacid catalyzes the dehydration of hydroxyl-containing compounds into carbon, and then produces a coke layer on the surface of the thermal insulation material. The coke layer can block oxygen and heat, thereby making the flame extinguished. Free radicals can capture the free radicals generated by the material and inactivate them to produce esters, which can react with peroxy radicals to regenerate nitroxide radicals, thereby consuming light energy. |
