titleOfInvention Hydrophilic hollow porous microsphere resin for adsorption treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention relates to a hydrophilic hollow porous microsphere resin for adsorbing and treating printing and dyeing wastewater, a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the microsphere resin comprises the following steps: (1) taking sodium p-styrene sulfonate, acrylamide, Dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, cross-linking agent, porogen, and catalyst are mixed uniformly to obtain an oil phase; (2) polyvinyl alcohol, gelatin, and sodium chloride are added to water and mixed uniformly to obtain an aqueous phase; ( 3) Add the oil phase to the water phase, stir, and carry out a curing reaction. After the reaction is completed, filter and wash until the washing liquid is clear, then place the beads in a glass column to soak and elute with ethanol, and drip into the eluent. It is obtained until the water droplets are not turbid. The preparation method of the invention is simple, the reaction conditions are mild, the prepared microsphere resin has high treatment efficiency and short treatment time, the treatment effect of printing and dyeing wastewater is significantly improved, the treatment cost of printing and dyeing wastewater is reduced, and environmental pollution is reduced.
