abstract The invention discloses a 125-type cesium lead bromide perovskite nanosheet and an aqueous phase preparation method of a single crystal thereof. Specifically: two-dimensional lead-halide perovskite CsPb 2 Br 5 nanosheets and a pure water-phase synthesis method for single crystals thereof. The method for synthesizing the two-dimensional lead-halide perovskite CsPb 2 Br 5 nanosheet and its single crystal in pure water phase according to the present invention is characterized in that lead bromide and cesium bromide are used as precursors in a pure water phase solution. Ligand-free CsPb 2 Br 5 nanosheets were prepared by solution supersaturation crystallization, and the aqueous solution of the above CsPb 2 Br 5 nanosheets was further grown in a ventilated place to obtain single crystals. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing ligand-free CsPb 2 Br 5 nanosheets and single crystals thereof in pure water. The CsPb 2 Br 5 material synthesized by the invention has a single type and excellent quality, and the method has the characteristics of simple operation, environmental protection, good reproducibility, and large-scale production.
