abstract | The invention discloses a carbon-modified molybdenum diselenide nanometer lubricating material, wherein the particle size is 0.2-1 μm, the content of carbon particles is 2-5w%, and the balance is molybdenum diselenide. The selenium powder is repeatedly infiltrated by ball milling and carbon source, dried, mixed with soluble molybdenum salt and a reducing agent, and then solid-phase sintered to obtain the composite nanomaterial. The composite nanomaterial, nickel powder, silver powder, graphite, epoxy resin, alkylated diphenylamine and iron powder are prepared by high pressure gas atomization to prepare alloy powder, and then the iron-based self-lubricating coating is obtained by plasma spraying process. The carbon-modified molybdenum diselenide nano-lubricating material has a simple preparation process, and the iron-based self-lubricating coating prepared by the carbon-modified molybdenum diselenide nano-lubricating material has excellent anti-friction and anti-wear properties, and can have important applications in friction, lubrication and other fields. |
