abstract | The invention relates to a levorotatory polylactic acid hydroxyapatite bracket for slowly releasing zinc ions and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: the preparation method comprises the steps of generating a polydopamine-coated sodalite-type methylimidazolium zinc nanoparticle through a self-polymerization reaction of dopamine in an alkaline solution, then growing in situ on the surface of the polydopamine-coated sodalite-type methylimidazolium zinc nanoparticle through a calcium chloride dihydrate solution and a diammonium hydrogen phosphate solution to obtain a hydroxyapatite nanoparticle, mixing levorotatory polylactic acid powder and the hydroxyapatite nanoparticle through a liquid phase, carrying out solid-liquid separation, drying and grinding to obtain levorotatory polylactic acid-hydroxyapatite composite powder, and finally carrying out laser sintering to obtain the levorotatory polylactic acid-hydroxyapatite scaffold. The levorotatory polylactic acid hydroxyapatite scaffold provided by the invention can slowly control the release of zinc ions, thereby improving the biological behavior of a PLLA/ZIF-8 scaffold. |
