titleOfInvention A kind of high-efficiency and stable perovskite film prepared at room temperature, solar cell and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a high-efficiency and stable perovskite film prepared at room temperature, a solar cell and a preparation method thereof. The acid salt is dissolved in the mixed solvent to obtain a perovskite precursor solution, and the perovskite precursor solution is spin-coated on the substrate to form a black phase α-FAPbI 3 perovskite film. In the process of high-speed spin coating, the anti-solvent is added dropwise to form a mesophase with thiocyanate ions. Due to the instability of thiocyanate ions, heating and annealing treatment is not required, and the mesophase can be easily destroyed. The direct formation of the α-FAPbI 3 perovskite structure can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the perovskite material, which is beneficial to the use of the α-FAPbI 3 perovskite material for the production and preparation of high-efficiency flexible perovskite solar cells, and improves the stability of solar cells.
