abstract | The present invention relates to a method for chiral analysis of nicotine and its main metabolites in plasma. The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking the plasma and adding an internal standard extraction solution to precipitate proteins, shaking and centrifuging to obtain a supernatant; ( 2) taking the supernatant obtained in step (1) for high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) analysis; (3) using the internal standard standard curve method to quantitatively calculate the content of the target substance in the sample.
