titleOfInvention A Chiral Analysis Method for Nicotine and Its Main Metabolites in Plasma
abstract The present invention relates to a method for chiral analysis of nicotine and its main metabolites in plasma. The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking the plasma and adding an internal standard extraction solution to precipitate proteins, shaking and centrifuging to obtain a supernatant; ( 2) taking the supernatant obtained in step (1) for high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) analysis; (3) using the internal standard standard curve method to quantitatively calculate the content of the target substance in the sample. The method realizes the simultaneous chiral analysis of nicotine and its main metabolites, and has the advantages of high throughput, good resolution, simple operation, high sensitivity, good recovery and repeatability, etc. It is suitable for nicotine and its main metabolites in plasma samples. Chiral analysis of metabolites.
