abstract The invention discloses an anti-blocking heat exchange device for an air preheater of a pulverized coal boiler, which comprises a main body, wherein pipelines are arranged at two ends of the main body and are connected with a dust remover and an induced draft fan, and a plurality of heat exchanger unit modules are divided in the main body. The heat exchanger unit module comprises an outer frame, the outer frame is of a square or cuboid structure, two ends of the outer frame are flues, and hollow cylinders are arranged inside the outer frame. The direction of flue seting up at frame both ends is the same with the pipeline installation direction, and hollow cylinder installation direction is perpendicular with the pipeline installation direction, and forced draught blower and air preheater are connected respectively to hollow cylinder both ends. The invention improves the temperature of the flue gas at the outlet of the air preheater and can effectively relieve the blockage phenomenon of the air preheater caused by ammonium bisulfate. The invention exchanges heat at the inlet of the induced draft fan, reduces the temperature of the flue gas entering the smoke window of the boiler and improves the boiler efficiency.
