abstract The invention belongs to the field of preparation of resin for photocureable coating, and particularly relates to urethane oil acrylate photocureable resin and a preparation method thereof; the preparation method comprises the following steps: reacting diisocyanate with polyether diol to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer, adding dimethylolpropionic acid to chain extend, introducing carboxyl reaction sites into a molecular structure, and reacting with hydroxyethyl acrylate to prepare carboxyl-containing polyurethane acrylate resin; reacting vegetable oil fatty acid with epoxy chloropropane under the catalysis of a catalyst to prepare fatty acid glycidyl ester; reacting the carboxyl-containing polyurethane acrylate with the carboxyl-containing polyurethane acrylate, and grafting unsaturated fatty acid ester side groups in the molecular structure of the polyurethane acrylate; the prepared urethane oil acrylate light-cured resin has high hardness, good adhesive force and mechanical property, simple and controllable process, wide raw material source and low price.
