The culture method comprises the following steps: 1) and (3) seedling cultivation: after the large yellow croaker fries with the average body length of 30mm-40mm are temporarily cultured in the small net cage and the medium net cage in sequence, the large yellow croaker fries are transferred to the small sea net cage and the large sea net cage in sequence for culture, and when the fish grows to about 250 g/tail, the large yellow croaker fries are transferred to a deep water fence to gradually adapt to the sea deep water culture environment. 2) Commercial fish cultivation: the deep water fence is 500m away from the island and shore, the depth of the sea is 5-8m, and the breeding density is 15-20kg/m 3 .
