The solar cell provided by the invention comprises a back electrode layer, a first transparent conductive film layer, a first metal oxide layer, a first intrinsic amorphous silicon passivation layer, an n-type textured crystalline silicon substrate, a second intrinsic amorphous silicon passivation layer, a second metal oxide layer, a second transparent conductive film layer and an upper electrode layer which are sequentially arranged; the back electrode layer is arranged in a work function gradient mode. According to the invention, a small amount of oxygen in the metal oxide can be transferred to the back electrode through the arrangement of the structure, so that the reaction probability of the metal oxide with hydrogen in amorphous silicon is reduced, and the stability of the solar cell can be improved. |
