titleOfInvention | Products, applications and methods for hepatocellular carcinoma-related screening and assessment |
abstract | The present invention proposes a product, application and method for hepatocellular carcinoma (Hepatocellular Carcinoma, HCC) related screening and evaluation. The present invention utilizes the body fluid samples of hepatocellular carcinoma patients and healthy people to be mixed with nanosphere materials, and passed through a matrix. Laser-assisted desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI‑TOF‑MS) collects information on metabolic molecules in relevant body fluids, and uses artificial intelligence-based classification algorithms to distinguish and classify differences in metabolic molecular profiles between healthy and hepatocellular carcinoma patients , to achieve high accuracy, high specificity, and high sensitivity discrimination, or become a tool for hepatocellular carcinoma-related screening and assessment. |
