abstract The invention discloses the application of a yellow-blue-like bacteria SH16 in improving the drought stress tolerance of poplar, and belongs to the technical field of microbial resource utilization and plant stress resistance research. Under the natural drought stress, it was applied to poplar seedlings to determine the leaf wilting time, critical drought resistance lethal time, SOD activity, chlorophyll content, proline content, and leaf succulent degree related to poplar drought resistance physiological indicators. There are significant differences between the poplar and the control group in various drought resistance indicators, which can well enhance the tolerance and adaptability of the inoculated poplar seedlings to the drought environment, and improve the drought resistance of the plants. The production and cultivation has a very good application value.
