The invention discloses a shock-absorbing sound-insulating coating which comprises 0.5-60 parts by mass of thermally foamable plastic polymer hollow microspheres and 5-90 parts by mass of film-forming substances, wherein the thermally foamable plastic polymer hollow microspheres are provided with a foaming agent with solid content of 5-40%, the initial foaming temperature of the thermally foamable plastic polymer hollow microspheres is 20-240 ℃, the initial size of the thermally foamable plastic polymer hollow microspheres is 1-500 mu m, the thermally foamable plastic polymer hollow microspheres expand 2-7 times in diameter by heating to exceed the initial foaming temperature, the maximum foaming temperature is 50-300 ℃, and the thermally foamable plastic polymer hollow microspheres are uniformly mixed with the film-forming substances after being foamed to prepare the coating. The sound insulation board has the advantages of higher construction speed, stronger adhesive force, lower cost and more stable sound insulation effect. |
