titleOfInvention A kind of PET foam material with net aldehyde function and low VOC release and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a low-VOC-release PET foam material with pure aldehyde function and a preparation method thereof, comprising: PET resin, PTFE resin, chain extender, nano powder, deodorant negative ion powder, antioxidant, nucleation agent. The preparation method is to prepare nano powder, deodorant negative ion powder and PTFE micropowder into PTFE functional micropowder, add other raw materials after high-speed mixing, add to the main feeding port of the twin-screw extruder, and inject supercritical carbon dioxide foaming agent after extrusion. , and then foamed into PET foam. The PTFE functional micropowder becomes nano/sub-nanometer fibers under the shearing action of the extruder and is uniformly dispersed in the PET cells, while the nanopowder and deodorant anion powder are evenly loaded on the PTFE in-situ microfibers. The solubility of the blowing agent in PET and ultimately the low density, high open cell characteristics of the PET foam. The PET foam material prepared by the method has the advantages of low density, high open cell ratio, low odor, low VOC release and purification of aldehyde organic matter in the surrounding space.
