The present invention relates to a class of compounds containing hydroxyisoquinoline structures, pharmaceutical compositions and applications thereof, which have the structure of formula (I). The compound of the present invention whose structure is shown in formula (I) has a good inhibitory effect on Bruton's kinase activity, and its half inhibitory concentration is generally below 10-7 mol.L -1 . Meanwhile, the compounds with the structure of formula (I) prepared in the examples of the present invention all show clear anti-inflammatory activities in different animal models. |
