abstract The invention discloses a high-temperature and high-dust SCR denitration system of a cement kiln, which comprises a reaction box, wherein the reaction box is communicated with a smoke inlet pipe through an opening, a first ammonia spraying unit and a uniform mixing device are sequentially arranged in the smoke inlet pipe according to the smoke inlet direction, and the interior of the reaction box is sequentially divided into a first catalysis cavity, a first flue, a second catalysis cavity, a second flue and a third catalysis cavity which are communicated with each other by a partition plate; a first honeycomb catalyst and a second ammonia spraying unit are arranged in the first catalytic cavity, a rectifying grating, a second honeycomb catalyst and a third ammonia spraying unit are sequentially arranged in the second catalytic cavity from top to bottom, a rectifying grating and a third honeycomb catalyst are arranged in the third catalytic cavity, and a soot blowing pipe communicated with an external soot blowing device is arranged above the inner part of the reaction box; according to the invention, the design that a honeycomb type catalyst is matched with an air soot blower is adopted according to the high-temperature and high-dust environment, and the nitrogen-ammonia mixture has uniform flow field distribution and concentration distribution by improving the internal structure of the box body, so that the denitration efficiency of the SCR denitration system is improved.
