abstract | The invention provides an L-tyrosine separation device and an L-tyrosine separation method, wherein the separation device is a rotary precipitation tank which is mainly composed of a cylindrical tank body, a conical tank bottom and a slurry ploughing machine, wherein a feed inlet is arranged on the cylindrical tank body, a cross support frame for supporting and stabilizing the slurry ploughing machine is arranged at the upper edge of the cylindrical tank body, a motor is arranged at the upper part of the slurry ploughing machine, a middle rotating shaft is connected with the cross support frame through a bearing, a packing auger is arranged at the lower part of the rotating shaft, blades are arranged at two sides of the lower part of the rotating shaft, the lower edge of the cylindrical tank body is fixedly connected with the conical tank bottom, and a discharge outlet is arranged at the bottom end; in the separation method, fermentation liquor tangentially enters a rotary precipitation tank at a high speed, and L-tyrosine crystal pulp and cell suspension are subjected to solid-liquid separation, so that the fermentation liquor of Escherichia coli containing L-tyrosine is not subjected to cell cracking, the difficulty that the fermentation liquor is difficult to continue to operate due to overlarge viscosity after the cell cracking is effectively avoided, and the separation effect is good. |
