titleOfInvention Preparation method and application of realgar nanoparticles
abstract The invention provides a preparation method and application of realgar nanoparticles. The realgar nanoparticles mainly include As 4 S 4 , BSA and FA. The preparation method is as follows: As 4 S 4 ethylenediamine molecular cluster solution is used as a precursor, acid-base reaction is used to make As 4 S 4 nucleate and grow under the stability of BSA to form nanoparticles. The realgar nanoparticles can be further modified with targeting ligands to increase the targeting and therapeutic index to tumor cells. The realgar nanoparticles of the present invention can down-regulate the BCR-ABL protein level, induce chronic myeloid leukemia cell apoptosis through the mitochondrial pathway, and reduce potential toxic and side effects.
