titleOfInvention A method for determining headspace volatile components of fully biodegradable materials
abstract The invention discloses a method for determining the headspace volatile components of a fully biodegradable material, comprising the following steps: S1, pulverizing the fully biodegradable material to obtain a sample for use; S2, adding the sample into a headspace sample bottle, and simultaneously Add the internal standard solution, seal it with a headspace bottle cap, then put the headspace bottle into the solid phase microextraction heating device, heat it to the set temperature and keep it in equilibrium, use the solid phase microextraction fiber head for adsorption, and then use the solid phase microextraction fiber head for adsorption. After the sample port is analyzed, headspace volatile components are obtained; S3, the headspace volatile components are entered into a comprehensive two-dimensional gas-phase-time-of-flight mass spectrometry for analysis. Compared with the prior art, the advantages of the present invention are: 1) the method has many qualitative and quantitative substances, and can detect 55 kinds of headspace volatile components at the same time; 2) the method has strong separation ability, and can detect homologues and isomers. 3) It has the characteristics of simplicity, rapidity and good stability, which can effectively improve the data accuracy of sample detection.
