titleOfInvention | Recombinant aspergillus terreus strain for producing itaconic acid and construction method and application thereof |
abstract | A recombinant aspergillus terreus strain for producing itaconic acid and a construction method and application thereof belong to the field of genetic engineering. In order to improve the yield of itaconic acid, the invention provides a recombinant aspergillus terreus strain for producing itaconic acid, which is obtained by over-expressing trans-aconitate decarboxylase of maize smut in an original strain; the starting strain is Aspergillus terreus (Aspergillus terreus); the amino acid sequence of the trans-aconitate decarboxylase is shown as SEQ ID NO.1, and the nucleotide sequence for coding the trans-aconitate decarboxylase gene is shown as SEQ ID NO. 2. The itaconic acid fermentation yield of the recombinant strain provided by the invention is generally higher than that of the original strain, wherein the strain with the highest yield is improved by about 50% in the shake flask level compared with the original strain, and the recombinant strain has strong application value. |
