abstract The invention relates to a preparation method of a tracer master batch. The preparation method of the tracer master batch comprises the following steps: adding the tracer and PET resin chips into a twin-screw extruder for melting, extruding, and then cooling , after dicing, drying and crystallization, the tracer master batch is obtained; the mass ratio of the tracer and the PET resin chips is 1-10:50-90. In this technical solution, the tracer masterbatch is prepared, and then the tracer masterbatch is mixed with the recovered PET material, so that the content of the tracer in the recovered tracer PET material is stabilized at 100ppm/kg-600ppm/kg. The tracer PET material can be detected without affecting the properties of the PET material. At the same time, the tracer masterbatch is not easy to be affected by moisture, and the transportation and storage are convenient.
