titleOfInvention Phenozine-thiophene-dicyano-based organic electroluminescent compounds and their applications
abstract The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent compound whose structural formula is shown in formula (1): Wherein, R 1 and R 2 are independently selected from hydrogen or electron donating groups, and the electron donating groups include C 6 -C 40 aromatic hydrocarbon group, C 6 -C 40 aromatic hetero group or C 6 -C 40 aromatic amine base. The invention provides a thermally activated delayed fluorescent material based on a phenazine-thiophene-dicyano plane system. By changing different electron-donating groups connected on a rigid acceptor plane, the non-radiative transition of molecules can be effectively reduced, and the molecular weight can be improved. The red light emission effect reduces the production cost of the red light emission OLED material and improves the efficiency of the electroluminescent device.
