abstract | The invention discloses a zinc stannate/indium sulfide barbed nanoflower piezoelectric/photocatalyst and a preparation method thereof. The catalyst is composed of ZnSNO3/In2S3. Specifically: (1) using a hydrothermal method to prepare ZnSnO3 nanoflowers; (2) grinding the nanoflowers obtained in (1) evenly; (3) dispersing the nanoflowers obtained in (2) in an ethylene glycol solution , put it into an ultrasonic tank, so that the nanoflowers are evenly dispersed in ethylene glycol; (4) add indium trichloride and thioacetamide to ethylene glycol to dissolve them completely, and obtain indium trichloride/sulfur acetamide mixed solution; (5) mix the liquids in (3) and (4), and stir evenly; (6) put the liquid in (5) into an ultrasonic tank, ultrasonically react, and the resulting product is centrifuged, cleaned, After drying, the zinc stannate/indium sulfide barbed nanoflowers are obtained.
