The invention provides a treatment device for waste gas containing organic matters, which comprises an absorption unit, a condensation unit and an absorption and desorption unit which are sequentially connected, and a first heat exchange device and a phase separation device are arranged in the absorption and desorption unit, so that the problems that the discharge of the waste gas containing the organic matters does not reach the standard and the recontamination of desorption gas can be effectively solved; the invention also provides a method for treating the waste gas containing the organic matters, the content of the organic matters in the waste gas containing the organic matters is greatly reduced after absorption, condensation and adsorption, the waste gas containing the organic matters can be treated aiming at various organic matters, the application is wide, and the desorbed gas is cooled and subjected to gas-liquid separation and then is recycled for absorption and/or adsorption, so that the problem of recontamination of the desorbed gas is effectively solved. |
