titleOfInvention | A kind of sample processing method for respiratory pathogen antigen detection |
abstract | The present invention provides a sample processing method for respiratory pathogen antigen detection. The sample processing method includes the following steps: (1) collecting a sample, adding a treatment solution to the sample, incubating at 56-65° C. for 5-10 min, shaking and mixing evenly , to exfoliate the cells in the sample to obtain a cell suspension; the treatment solution is an aqueous solution containing the following concentration components: NaCl 8.5-9.5 g/L, Na 2 HPO 4 0.9-1.3 g/L, KH 2 PO 4 0.3 ~0.5g/L, Tween 20 0.01~0.025v/v%; (2) add the cell suspension obtained in step (1) to the slide; (3) put the slide obtained in step (2) in Air-dry at 54-58°C for 3-5min. The above-mentioned sample processing method can effectively shorten the detection time and improve the detection efficiency while ensuring the accuracy of the detection results, and does not require the use of acetone, a reagent that is harmful to human health. . |
