abstract | The invention relates to a sand adding system for a storage tank, which comprises a double-cylinder storage tank, a pearlife filling tank, a nitrogen pressurization tank, a vacuumizing unit and a vibrating device, wherein the double-cylinder storage tank is connected with the pearlife filling tank; the pearlife filling tank is communicated with a sand inlet of the storage tank through a feeding pipe; two communicating pipelines are arranged on the nitrogen pressurizing tank, wherein one communicating pipeline is communicated with the interior of the pearlife filling tank, and the other communicating pipeline is communicated with a pressurizing connector on the storage tank; the vacuumizing unit is communicated with a vacuumizing opening of the storage tank through a vacuumizing pipe; the vibration device is fixed on the storage tank through the fixing assembly; the invention also relates to a sand adding method for the storage tank, which comprises the first step of air replacement; the second step, the preliminary vacuum pumping, the third step, the filling of the pearl sand, the fourth step, the starting of a vibration source, the fifth step and the pressurizing and compacting; sixthly, vacuumizing; step seven, pressurizing to normal pressure; the invention can increase the compactness of the pearlite sand filled in the interlayer of the storage tank, thereby ensuring that the storage tank meets the requirement of heat insulation and preservation. |
