abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of organic electrical storage materials, and discloses triphenylamine-fluorene-benzimidazole low-bandgap terpolymers, electrical storage devices and preparations thereof. The low band gap terpolymer has the following structure, wherein R is an alkoxy group; R 1 is an alkyl group; m is an integer of 20 to 300; and n is an integer of 20 to 300. The electrical storage device includes an organic layer, and the organic layer is the low-bandgap terpolymer; further includes a substrate, a cathode and an anode. The invention also discloses the preparation method of the low band gap terpolymer and the electric storage device. The terpolymer of the present invention has a low energy band gap, strong hole transport, and can improve the performance of an electrical storage device. The prepared electrical storage device has low turn-on voltage and low energy consumption, can prolong the life of the device, has a high switching current ratio, greatly improves the storage density, can perform multiple cycles of reading and writing, and has excellent performance.
