abstract | The invention provides a mouse anti-aspergillus galactomannan hybridoma cell strain, a monoclonal antibody and application thereof, wherein Ig variable region genes are cloned by mouse hybridoma monoclonal antibody screening and an RT-PCR method to obtain a hybridoma cell strain which stably secretes an anti-aspergillus galactomannan antibody and a variable region sequence thereof, and the antibody binding specificity is identified by an ELISA method, so that a foundation is laid for the research and development of anti-aspergillus galactomannan gene engineering antibodies; the mouse-derived aspergillus galactomannan monoclonal antibody has high titer in reaction with aspergillus galactomannan, has strong binding specificity, can be used for detecting aspergillus galactomannan, and a detection kit developed by taking the antibody as a raw material has good clinical application value. |
