titleOfInvention Microbial compound fertilizer for promoting nitrogen fixation of plant root nodules and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a microbial compound fertilizer for promoting nitrogen fixation of plant nodules, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of organic fertilizer, 20-30 parts of inorganic fertilizer, 5-10 parts of leavening agent, 3-5 parts of composite microbial inoculum and 2-5 parts of rare earth compound; wherein the organic fertilizer comprises straw, humic acid, mushroom dregs, chicken manure and biogas slurry; the inorganic fertilizer comprises monopotassium phosphate, urea, sugar alcohol chelated calcium, ammonium molybdate, borax and ferrous sulfate; the composite microbial inoculum comprises rhizobia, azotobacter chroococcum, bacillus megaterium, bacillus laterosporus and photosynthetic bacteria. The microbial compound fertilizer disclosed by the invention is prepared by compounding an organic fertilizer, an inorganic fertilizer and a compound microbial inoculum, so that the quantity of rhizobia can be increased, the symbiotic nitrogen fixation effect of the rhizobia and plants can be promoted, the nitrogen fixation effect of the plants can be obviously improved, the nitrogen fixation capacity of the plants can be further enhanced by compounding the rhizobia, the azotobacter chroococcum and beneficial bacteria, the nutrient absorption and the root growth can be promoted, and the disease resistance and stress resistance can be improved.
