titleOfInvention | Water-resistant rapid-hardening retarder for inorganic cementing material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a retarder for a waterproof rapid-hardening inorganic cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The feed is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: the weight ratio of borate, inorganic acid, carbonate, building waste powder, sodium tripolyphosphate, oligosaccharide and dispersing aid is (30-40): (5-15): (5-10): 10-15): 25-35): 1-5. Mixing borate, inorganic acid, carbonate and sodium tripolyphosphate to prepare an inorganic retarder, and then mixing the inorganic retarder, organic retarder oligosaccharide and building waste powder. The inorganic retarder and the organic retarder play a role in retarding the water-resistant rapid-hardening inorganic cementing material through the mutual cooperation. The method is simple and easy to implement, the production cost is low, the prepared retarder has good retarding effect on the water-resistant rapid-hardening inorganic cementing material, and a foundation is laid for industrial application of the water-resistant rapid-hardening inorganic cementing material. |
