abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing black ginseng powder, which includes the following steps: S1. Preparation of black ginseng: cleaning the sample ginseng to remove impurities, and blow-drying, drying and steaming under natural conditions to prepare the black ginseng; S2. The prepared black ginseng powder is prepared by pulverizing the prepared black ginseng. In the present invention, the black ginseng adopts three different pulverizing methods, namely, jet mill, pin-type pulverizer and roller-type pulverizer to obtain three different ultrafine powders. The contents of polysaccharides, total phenolic compounds and ginsenosides were compared, and the differences in the physical and chemical properties of the three powders were compared, which provided a scientific basis for selecting the processing technology of black ginseng, and helped to promote the preparation of black ginseng quality control. Development and utilization provides a reference. |
