titleOfInvention | Induced film formation method of thin layer silver and its color translucent organic solar cell device |
abstract | The invention discloses an induced film-forming method of thin-layer silver and a color translucent organic solar cell device. Thin-layer silver uses Bis-FIMG material as the guide layer, and silver is evaporated to the surface of the guide layer. Based on this, a colored semitransparent organic solar cell device is designed, and its device structure includes a substrate, an anode electrode, an anode modified layer, an organic active layer, a cathode modified layer and a Fabry-Perot resonator. The cathode modification layer is a fullerene ionic compound Bis-FIMG. The active induction of Bis-FIMG on thin-layer silver film formation, and the regulation of the peak and half-peak width of the transmitted spectrum by means of the Fabry-Perot resonator, achieves the purpose of selective transmission in the visible light band and efficient absorption in other bands . After the introduction of the Fabry-Perot resonator electrode, the photoelectric conversion efficiencies of 14.04%, 14.60%, and 14.28% can be flexibly prepared, and the transmission peaks are 31.0%, 21.8%, 25.2% for blue, green, and red, respectively. The translucent organic solar cell is one of the highest comprehensive performance records of the current color translucent organic solar cell. |
