titleOfInvention A pulse classification method based on the extraction of salient signal sub-segments
abstract The invention discloses a pulse condition classification method based on the extraction of significant signal sub-segments. S1: collects pulse signals and performs preprocessing to obtain c pulse signal training samples; S2: locates a position indication vector of significant pulse signal sub-segments; S3: Construct a multi-modal distance feature vector; S4: Use the nearest neighbor classifier to classify the pulse signal, and complete the pulse classification based on the extraction of significant signal sub-segments. The pulse condition classification method of the present invention does not need to divide the pulse signal periodically, and extracts sub-segments with distinguishing power from the pulse signal, avoids information redundancy and can speed up the subsequent calculation process. By constructing the multi-modal distance feature vector of the signal sub-segments, the feature information can be complemented, which is helpful to improve the classification accuracy of the pulse signal, realize the automatic recognition of the pulse condition, and provide auxiliary decision-making for the doctor's pulse diagnosis. The extracted pulse signal sub-segments can provide Interpretable results for further clinical analysis.
