The invention provides a method for enriching and separating Zanthoxylum bungeanum polyenamide monomers and aroma components, comprising the following steps: (1) molecular distillation enrichment: molecular distillation is performed on Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil, light components and heavy components are separated, and light components are separated.
