abstract |
The invention relates to the field of catalysts, and discloses a silver catalyst and an activation method and application thereof. The method of the present invention includes the following steps: (1) performing a first activation treatment on the alumina carrier dipped in the silver-containing impregnation solution, and the conditions of the first activation treatment include: a temperature of 90-130° C. and a time of 10-60min (2) the product of step (1) is carried out vacuum treatment; (3) the product of step (2) is carried out the second activation treatment, and the condition of the second activation treatment comprises: the temperature is 250-300 ℃, and the time is 12min or less. The silver catalyst prepared by the activation method of the present invention has uniform particle size distribution of silver particles and small average particle size, which promotes the synergistic effect of active components and cocatalysts in the obtained silver catalyst, thereby improving the activity and selectivity of the catalyst. |
