abstract The invention provides a construction method of a micro haplotype composite amplification system in mixed material detection analysis and related haplotype frequency. The invention provides a group of genetic marker combinations with 18 micro haplotypes in total and rs numbers thereof. According to the amplification primers of 18 micro haplotypes, a micro haplotype composite amplification system for mixed assay analysis is constructed. Also provided herein are kits comprising the aforementioned amplification primers for 18 mini-haplotypes. The micro haplotype composite amplification system provided by the invention can be used for carrying out forensic identification on mixed detection materials, and has high sensitivity and strong identification capability.
